White nougat and almonds

Sicily is a land rich in traditions, unique flavors and quality raw materials, and we at Caffè Moak strive every day to enhance it through our products. Each creation is a tribute to our island, telling stories of passion and authenticity.

Our nougat, for example, has its roots in the tradition of Giarratana, Ragusa, where, in the mid-19th century, a family began making this delicious sweet following a Spanish recipe. Even today, after four generations, we still use the same recipe with high-quality ingredients: orange honey, Sicilian almonds, organic sugar, Modica egg whites and potato starch wafer.
